Neckle (the “Service”) treats your personal information with care and complies with applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

To provide its neck exercise features, the Service uses head motion data from the motion sensors in your AirPods. This data is processed entirely on your device for the sole purpose of recognizing exercise movements. It is not linked to your identity, and it is never transmitted to or stored on any external server.

2. Purpose of Use

• Recognizing neck exercise movements and guiding you through a session (processed on device)

The Service does not require you to create an account, and it does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or contact details.

3. Retention and Deletion

Head motion data is used only for real-time processing during an exercise session and is not retained afterwards. App settings (such as the record of a connected pair of AirPods) are stored only on your device and are deleted together with the app when you uninstall it.
